Camper:

-Roughly 80sq/ft of living space
-Flush toilet
-Shower with small bathtub (just replaced all plumbing and faucet last year)
-Lots of storage including a closet w/ mirror
-2 burner propane stove
-Sink
-A pull-out loft bed
-Sofa folds down into a second bed
-Carpeting has been replaced with laminate “wood” floors for easy cleaning
-Screens for front windows
-Rooftop air conditioner
-Propane heat throughout
-Privacy curtains
-Handsewn curtains
-All cookware and utensils/plates
-DVD player
-Black/grey water tanks
-Water tank
-Off-grid capable
-Awning
-Refrigerator (new within 4 years) runs off of either propane or electric
-Microwave (currently is not working. Used to work, Was quoted $300 to replace it and it wasn’t a major deal to me, so I didn’t)
-hot water tank (2 years old)
-Gauge for tanks, fresh water and propane levels (the propane tank gauge is broken but may be an easy fix for someone who knows what they’re doing. I just look at the gauge under the camper when needed)

Mechanical:

-2 wheel drive
-Duel gas tanks (just replaced all fuel lines and fuel pumps)
-Brand new brakes as of last summer
-Tires are still in great shape (missing one hubcap)
-She spent most her life in Florida or garaged so virtually no rust

-Roughly 14-16 mpg
-Captains chairs make for super comfy ride.
-Bluetooth capable stereo with backup camera (Currently not working but I think just a wire is loose. I have an appointment to get it fixed at the end of the month)
