Tiny house shell ,blank canvas

This is a tiny house shell for sale, as is . The size is 28 x 8, with a 4 foot tip out / slide out. Giving the shell a total area of 272 sq. Ft. The over all hight of the tiny house is 13’ 3” tall the building is 8 feet wide with 1 foot overhangs on each side. This tiny house is unfinished it has no lights has not been weighed this is who’s ever responsibility to have this moved. My original plan was to have this parked on family property as a luxury tiny camp but due to circumstances I will be moving and have decided to sell my project.
