Skip the Stairs! Tiny Home with Main-Floor Bedroom

I purchased this beautiful four-season Tiny Home last year for occasional family visits, but it has never been used and is still in like-new condition.

It was built in Quebec, Canada and designed to handle all four seasons, including harsh winters. Inside, the layout feels open, bright, and comfortable, with lots of natural light throughout.

This would make a wonderful guest house, vacation space, or full-time living option. It is currently located near Colts Neck in Central New Jersey, and I’m happy to show it to anyone seriously interested.

Key Features

This tiny home comfortably sleeps up to 3 people, with a full private bedroom and a dining area that converts into an additional bed. The interior feels bright and open thanks to the large windows, and there are no stairs, which makes the layout easy to access and move around in.

Kitchen and Appliances

The kitchen is practical and well-equipped, with a full-size refrigerator, 4-burner propane stove and oven, microwave on a pull-out tray, plenty of cabinet and pantry storage, and modern wood-style countertops.

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a full bathtub and shower, plus space for a washer/dryer combo or additional storage.

Comfort and Safety

This home was built for true four-season living and includes a propane furnace, water heater, fire alarm, and carbon monoxide detector.

Storage

There is a full closet, under-bed storage, built-in drawers and cabinets, and additional storage under the dining benches.

Exterior

The exterior is built with durable steel construction and has a modern black steel and wood-look finish. It is UV resistant, low maintenance, and includes tempered glass windows. One of my favorite features is the motorized folding deck, which makes access easy while still allowing for transport.
