The home is RV certified by Pacific West Associates and was built to Los Angeles County tiny home codes. It measures 8.4 feet wide, 24 feet long, approximately 26 feet with overhangs, and 13.5 feet tall. It has only been briefly used and is in like-new condition.

One of the standout features is the 13-foot rooftop deck with custom redwood angled decking. The exterior includes cedar paneling, a glass sliding door, a Ring camera, and a lockbox. Please note that the exterior cedar paneling needs to be sanded, stained, and re-sealed for longevity, which can be discussed with the seller.

Inside, the home feels thoughtfully designed and full of character. The living area includes a custom hickory dining table, two ceiling-mounted swing chairs, large storage drawers, engineered hardwood flooring, and a remote-controlled projector screen.

The kitchen is full-size, which is rare in a tiny home. It includes a 30-inch range, range hood, energy-efficient refrigerator, goose neck faucet, butcher block countertops, handmade hickory and industrial pipe shelving, a spice rack, an espresso cup shelf, and handmade pottery from Morocco.

The bathroom is one of the most unique spaces in the home. It features a soaking bathtub, a luxurious Japanese Toto toilet with remote, warm seat, and bidet, a hand-painted bowl sink, a custom barn door, and hand-painted tile work inspired by Frida Kahlo’s art and the idea of breaking free.

The sleeping loft includes a queen Purple mattress, Smart TV, and color-changing cove lighting, creating a cozy and relaxing retreat.

The home also has solar and off-grid capability, including 4 solar panels, 8 batteries, a controller, an energy meter, and grey water and black water connection points. Battery replacement can be discussed with the seller.

Many of the furnishings and décor were hand-selected and delivered from Rabat, Morocco, including rugs, lanterns, fixtures, pillows, a hand-carved trunk, and tables. These details give the home a rich, collected feel that makes it unlike a standard tiny home build.
