Artsy Tiny House

Beautiful tiny house on wheels. Originally constructed in Ohio by a professional builder, it is now in Colorado. Great for a family — the largest loft can fit up to a queen bed, while the second loft can be used as another bed, storage, or an office. A lounge/bed area on the main floor is the perfect place to watch tv, read, or stare out the large window. Plenty of storage in the main bedroom loft, and additional storage in and under the stairs.

Kitchen is great for cooks — deep solid wood cabinets that were originally from a 1920’s home in Ohio and were refurbished and painted for the Tiny house. Metal sink, butcher block counters, and built in cutting boards for when you need extra space. High end gas stove/oven.

Bathroom features a composting toilet, shower, and vanity with a built in medicine cabinet. There is a pre-built platform and hookups for a washer/dryer.

The loft area has a ventilation system and there is a ceiling fan to keep the air moving. Mini-split keeps the house at the right temperature.

Bonus items: house comes with the lounge area mattress, lounge area bookshelf, desk and chair, small loft ladder, fridge, curtains, and a shelving unit by the front door.
