2023 Tiny house

Selling this trustworthy, tiny house that served as an excellent housing source for my seasonal help. Has a shower that needs to be plumbed and room for a toilet which was never installed. Currently has a gravity tank water system that is filled via a hose bib as well as a 2 gallon water heater. Mini split works great and the house comes with the mini fridge and cook top. Plumbing/toilet can be completed for and additional $600 if interested. Buyer pays hauling fee. I will handle the hauling logistics. Hauling fee depends on destination. Please ask for a quote.
