20' Sunny Tampa FL Getaway with Deck

Our custom 20'x8.5' sunny tiny house was built by the Simplify Further Tiny house company in 2024. For the last couple years it has served as an office, exercise and meditation space, and guest bedroom for friends and family. Sadly we are moving to North Carolina and can't take it with us, but want to see it go to a good home.
Lofts are very cozy
Bathroom feels quite spacious.
Kitchen has hooks ups; ready for sink installation if you want to add one.
We have two spare wheels and tires for easy swap-outs during towing mishaps.

The space is very functional and comfortable as is, but has a lot of potential for further customization.

The Deck is included with the purchase, as it was built with 4'x4' square framed pieces that are bolted together, meaning they can be unbolted and transported, fairly easily, if interested.
